M油田注水井堵塞原因分析及解堵增注措施研究

摘要: M油田经过较长时间的注水开发后,部分注水井出现了注水压力升高的现象,且经过常规酸化解堵措施后,有效期较短,因此,需要研究更加高效合理的解堵增注措施以满足该油田注水开发的需要。通过对 M油田注水井堵塞原因分析,结果表明,该油田注入水和地层水中均含有较多的成垢离子,在储层温度和压力条件下容易结无机垢对储层造成堵塞,另外,注入水中悬浮物含量和含油量较高,容易对注水井造成固相颗粒堵塞和原油乳化堵塞。岩心驱替实验结果表明,注入水和地层水混合结垢对储层天然岩心的渗透率损害率可以达到 45%以上,注入水中固相颗粒对岩心的渗透率损害率达到 35%以上,而注入水中原油乳化对岩心的渗透率损害率达到 30%以上。解堵增注措施研究结果表明,高效复合解堵增注液能够有效解除 M油田储层段天然岩心的堵塞损害现象,达到良好的降压增注效果。

Abstract:

After a long time of water injection development in M oilfield, some water injection wells have the phenomenon of water injection pressure rising, and after conventional acidizing and plug removal measures, the effective period is quite short. Therefore, it is necessary to study more efficient and reasonable plug removal and injection increase measures to meet the needs of water injection development in this oilfield. The results show that the injected water and formation water of M oilfield both contain more scale forming ions, which are easy to form inorganic scale under the condition of reservoir temperature and pressure, and block the reservoir. In addition, the suspended matter content and oil content in the injected water are high, which is easy to cause the solid particle plugging and crude oil emulsion plugging. Core displacement experiment results show that the damage rate of the natural core permeability caused by the mixed scaling of injection water and formation water can reach more than 45% , the damage rate of the core permeability caused by the solid particles in the injection water can reach more than 35% , and the damage rate of the core permeability caused by the emulsification of crude oil in the injection water can reach more than 30% . The research results show that the high-efficiency compound solution can effectively remove the plugging damage of the natural core in the reservoir section of M oilfield, and achieve a good effect of reducing pressure and increasing injection.
